Express
Collections:
Booking deadline 11:00am for same day collections
- Same day collections only apply for main centers if the parcel is booked before 11am, otherwise the collection will fall in the next business day.
- Regional or Outlaying Areas: Collection will be picked up in the next business day.
Delivery Standard:
Main centers: Next Business day
Regional or Outlaying Areas: 1-3 business days
Express Road
Collections:
Booking deadline 11:00am for same day collections

- Regional or Outlaying Areas: Collection will be picked up in the next business day.
Delivery Standard:
Main centers: 2-3 business days
Regional or Outlaying Areas: 3-5 Business days
Economy
Collections:
Booking deadline 11:00am for same day collections
- Same day collections only apply for main centers if the parcel is booked before 11am, otherwise the collection will fall in the next business day.
- Regional or Outlaying Areas: Collection will be picked up in the next business day.
Delivery Standard:
Main centers: 3-5 business days
Regional or Outlaying Areas: 5-7 Business days
International
Collections:
Booking deadline 11:00am for same day collections
- Same day collections only apply for main centers if the parcel is booked before 11am, otherwise the collection will fall in the next business day.
- Regional or Outlaying Areas: Collection will be picked up in the next business day.
Delivery Standard:
The standard delivery is based on the destinations, for some countries it may require more time than others due to customs and/or documentation requirement.
Please Note: In some Outlaying/Regional areas, our courier partner only deliver and collect on certain days of the week, therefore, the transit dates will reflect on our system based on those destinations.
