At times your service is extremely good. But i have yesterday requested a parcel to be despatched to UK - i was notified that a consultant will contact me to discuss - till now no-one bothered to contact me. A bit disappointing
Great service at a competitive price.
Only problem I had was that Collections could be streamlined to allow a pdf version of the waybill with barcodes to be used instead of printing the waybill, what if I don’t have a printer then i need to go out and print as an inconvenience. Other than that the service is top tier but this waybill printing could make you lose a lot of business.
From my initial online booking and payment to delivery overnight from Cape Town to Gauteng West it was seamless. I only had to call the Globeflight office to check what time the collection would happen & the friendly driver contacted m3 to give me a time. Absolutely 5 star ⭐️

Unfortunately my parcel to UK took 5 weeks which apparently was due to UK customs however i do feel that if there is an issue at Stansted customs then your clients should be advised to give them options or alternatives. I could find nothing online indicating that there was in fact an issue or delays at UK customs. Fedex tracking was not regularly updated & i only started to get feedback towards the end of the 5 weeks once I created merry hell with them after which things seemed to move faster.

Parcel was not collected on the date requested. no one informed me the day of collection that there is a delay in the pickup.
